TORONTO — Alberto Arvelo’s Libertador is the largest South American production to date and it shows, judging by this exclusive clip from the movie.

The sweeping biopic stars Edgar Ramirez as Simon Bolivar, the Venezuelan military and political hero who played an instrumental role in Latin America’s independence from Spanish rule.
